Scholarship

Eligibility Requirements for Application

  • The applicant must attend Gray's Creek High School, or reside in the Gray's Creek School district, or be a descendent of a Gray's Creek Woman's Club member in good standing (Current or Deceased).

  • The applicant must have been accepted to a college, university, or technical school (verified with the submission of college acceptance letter or college transcripts)

  • The applicant must submit a certified copy of their official transcript.

  • The applicant must submit a brief autobiography including educational plans, ambitions, and goals. (Minimum 300 words, maximum 500 words).

  • The applicant must submit 3 SEALED letters of recommendation from persons other than relatives. Please attach to the application unopened.

  • The applicant must be available for an interview upon request by the Scholarship Selection Committee. (Interviews are unlikely, but possible if the number of applicants is significant and the scoring is extremely close)

Applications must be postmarked NO LATER THAN MAY 1, 2024 or hand delivered to the locked mailbox on the same date.
